UN Report: Vatican policies allow priests to rape children.

 For those of you who don’t know, the Vatican is an independent city; it is the smallest country in the world and the heart of the Catholic Church. The interesting fact about the Vatican is that it is an absolute monarchy ruled by the pope. It is the center of the Christian religion, the headquarters of the Roman Catholic Church. The Pope Francis lives here. The Catholic Church has a child abuse problem and a high ranking cleric claims that raping children gives them religious freedom by declaring that pedophilia is granted by God to Priests.
The United Nations committee for the rights of children issued a report that the policies of the Vatican, Roman Catholic Church of Christianity, allows its priests (appointed minister of the Catholic, Orthodox, or Anglican Church, authorized to perform specific duties) to Rape children.
It is absolutely mind-boggling to even think of that, no religion allows that but unfortunately, the Vatican policies allow its higher authorities to actually rape and physically abuse children. Doing such horrible acts and destroying the lives of innocent children and taking the cover of religion is a horrendous act. The report was issued in 2014 but the action taken on the report was not apt at all, you can learn about all the new happenings following the report here.

Even after this horrendous revelation, the required action has not been taken. A few reports regarding the matter would help you know more about the grim reality of the Catholic Church and its clergy.

Child abuse is a serious problem threatening our new generations, a problem that needs to be addressed at all forums. If the priests representing one of the biggest religions on the planet would commit such shameless acts by sexually abusing and exploiting children then what can we expect from the followers?

Child abuse and pedophilia has been spreading like a plague and if the supreme authorities like the Pope ignore it then what would be the future of this world and its innocent children.
